In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

zc7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by zc7777 may result in Account suspension.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the zc7777 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. zc7777 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Player.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your zc7777 Account and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zc7777 immediately via live chat support.
• zc7777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your Account security settings.

zc7777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

All financial transactions on the zc7777 Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals processed via supported PKR payment methods.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where supported. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Accounts, though higher-value transactions may trigger additional verification requirements.

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account wallet within approximately 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed and credited to your nominated payment method within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Any Funds deposited on the Platform that remain unused for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, which will be deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

• zc7777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where it suspects abuse or where an error in the promotion terms has occurred.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device. Using multiple Accounts or VPNs to claim promotions multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds may be capped at a maximum withdrawal limit as specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Void bets are refunded to the Player's Account wallet in full.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. Live odds are updated continuously and are subject to latency; zc7777 will not accept bets placed after an outcome is effectively known.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-event and cumulative winnings per day may be subject to limits as communicated within the sportsbook. These limits apply regardless of the stake placed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zc7777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all Funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of Platform promotions.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to place bets using your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Engaging in any conduct that could constitute money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zc7777 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the zc7777 Platform — including but not limited to the zc7777 brand name, logo, trademarks, game content, odds data, software, design elements, text, graphics, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of zc7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of zc7777.

Any unauthorised use of zc7777's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc7777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or Platform downtime;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content;
• Losses arising from changes to applicable law or regulation that affect the Platform's operations.

zc7777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

zc7777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or these Terms at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where material changes to these Terms are made, registered Players will be notified at least seven (7) days in advance via the email address on record.

zc7777 may terminate or suspend a Player's Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• zc7777 is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players;
• The Player has provided false information or has engaged in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, any Funds remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach of Terms has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method within ten (10) business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zc7777 holds its international gaming licence. The specific jurisdiction is disclosed to Players upon request to zc7777 customer support.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact zc7777 customer support in the first instance via live chat. zc7777 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal complaint submitted in writing to the support email address.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, Players may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by zc7777's licensing authority. Details of the relevant body are provided within the Platform's licensing information section.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
